Clicking on the Add or Update Google Calendar Google Sign-in Page, where they must enter their Email Address, followed by their Password and then, Allow access to Google Calendar.

Calendar Management

Calendar Management functions are exclusive to Technicians. Technicians can Add or Update Google Calendar to their PECE Virtual Platform Back-office through Dashboard-->Manage Schedule-->Add or Update Google Calendar.

Technicians can Manage their Availability by clicking on the Create Availability redirect them to the Create Availability / Event Form.

The Technician must fill all areas on the form and click “Save” to create an event and manage their availability.

The Technician can then view their Event Listing by clicking on the Event Listing button, which will redirect them to the Event Listing Page, where they can search for, view, and manage the availability events.

Technicians can Manage their Availability by clicking on the Create Availability redirect them to the Create Availability / Event Form.

The Technician must fill all areas on the form and click “Save” to create an event and manage their availability.

Technicians can view their Booked Events or their scheduled appointments by clicking on the

Booked Events button, which will redirect them to the Upcoming Events section of the Booked Appointment page. This section displays a list of all appointments scheduled for them.

Creating Patient Records

Patient Records can only be created on the PECE Virtual Back-office by a Doctors Office, and can be done using one of two methods:

Creating Patient Record Through Appointment Booking

Doctor’s Office can Create a Patient Record and Book an Appointment for the Patient on their PECE Virtual Platform Back-office at Dashboard-->Create Patient-->Book Appointment.

Upon clicking on Book Appointment, Doctor’s Office must select the associated Doctor and click on OK to view available booking slots.

Clicking on the OK on will redirect the Doctor’s Office to the available Slot View Page.

The Doctor’s Office must choose the stipulated appointment slot and click on the Book Now button to book the appointment, which will redirect them to the Patient Information and Symptom Checklist Form.

The Doctor’s Office has the option to enter the necessary Patient General Information, Insurance Information, and the Patient’s Diabetic and PVD (Peripheral Vascular Disease) status.

The Doctor’s Office must check all symptoms that are visible with the patient, and click on the Next button, which will redirect them to the Patient Creation Form.

The Doctor’s Office then enters any Additional Notes and click on the SUBMIT button to Successfully Book Event (confirm appointment).

Creating Patient Record Manually

Doctor’s Office can Create a Patient Record Manually for the Patient on their PECE Virtual Platform Back-office at Dashboard-->Create Patient-->Add Patient.

Upon clicking on Add Manually, the Doctor’s Office will be redirected to the Patient Information and Symptom Checklist Form.

The Doctor’s Office must enter the necessary Patient General Information, Insurance Information, the Patient’s Diabetic, and PVD (Peripheral Vascular Disease) status, the Appointment Schedule, and select the Doctor and Tech.

The Doctor’s Office must check all symptoms that are visible with the patient, and click on the SUBMIT button to create Patient Record Manually.

UPLOADING PATIENT REPORT(S)

Patient Reports can only be uploaded to the PECE Virtual Platform Back-office by a Technician. Technicians can Upload Patient Reports in Bulk by clicking on the “UPLOAD BULK REPORT” button in the Patient Report Record section on their PECE Virtual Platform Back-office Dashboard.

Clicking on the Upload bulk report button will redirect Med-Tech to the Report Upload Page.

The Technician must enter a Batch Name and select the Type of Report, followed by adding the Patient Reports in the “DRAG AND DROP FILES” section. Med-Tech must then add necessary Notes and click the SUBMIT button, which will redirect Technician to the Patient Mapping Confirmation Page.

Upon Bulk Upload, all Patient Reports should automatically Map with respective Patients. However, if proper Automatic Mapping of Patients does not happen for any particular Patient Report, Technician must click on the Select Patient button to manually Map Patient Reports with respective Patients.

Once Mapping is completed, Technician must select the two Check-boxes ( ) and click on the SUBMIT button to successfully Upload Patient Reports in Bulk.

This section on the Doctor Dashboard contains a list of Study Materials for Doctors and Physicians to review. These documents discuss a number of different subjects and areas, as well as medical cases and circumstances in the ANS Testing Industry.

VIEWING PHYSICIAN FAQs

A Doctor can View FAQs on their PECE Virtual Platform Back-office at Dashboard-->FAQ and click on the questions from the FAQ list, which will open a slide with the answer to the question accompanied by a video.

The FAQ section comprises of a number of questions on how the Doctor can access and perform different areas and functions respectively on their PECETM Virtual Platform Back-office.

VIEWING PATIENT REPORTS

Physicians and Doctors can View Patient Reports on the Doctor Dashboard using the Summary Tiles that show the statistics (and can also be used to view complete lists) for:

1Total Number of Patient Reports Processed,

2Total Number of Patient Reports Pending Signature,

3Total Number of Patient Reports Asked for Review,

4Total Number of Patient Reports Sent to Biller, and

5Total Number of Patient Reports Downloaded by Biller.

Physicians and Doctors can also Modify and Manage their Digital Signature on the PECE Virtual Platform Back-office here.

Viewing Patient Details

The Doctor can View Patient Details by clicking on the [VIEW] button against a particular Patient Report in the PHYSICIAN REPORT LIST section on the Doctor Dashboard in the PECE Virtual Platform Back-office, and then clicking on the PATIENT DETAILS button.

Clicking the PATIENT DETAILS button will open the Patient Details Form for the Doctor to Review.

Viewing Encounter Form

The Doctor can View and Sign a Patient Encounter Form (which is Auto-Populated based on the PECE Software Algorithm) by clicking on the [VIEW] button against a particular Patient Report in the PHYSICIAN REPORT LIST section on the Doctor Dashboard in the PECE Virtual Platform Back-office, and then clicking on the ENCOUNTER FORM button.

Clicking the ENCOUNTER FORM button will open the Patient Encounter Form for the Doctor to Review and Sign. After the Patient Report has been digitally signed by the Doctor, the Diagnostic Admin can Send the Patient Report to the Billing.

Viewing Intensive Behavioral Therapy (Superbill for Obesity)

The Doctor can View and Sign Intensive Behavioral Therapy (Superbill for Obesity) (which is generated only when the BMI on Patient Clinical Report is above 29.1) by clicking on the [VIEW] button against a particular Patient Report in the PHYSICIAN REPORT LIST section on the Doctor Dashboard in the PECE Virtual Platform Back-office, and then clicking on the SUPERBILL FOR OBESITY.

Clicking the SUPERBILL FOR OBESITY button against a particular Patient Report will open the Intensive Behavioral Therapy (Superbill for Obesity) for the Doctor to Review and Sign. After the Patient Report has been digitally signed by the Doctor, the Diagnostic Admin can Send the Patient Report to the Billing.

Viewing Additional Recommended Diagnostic Tests

The Doctor can View Additional Recommended Diagnostic Tests (which is Auto-Populated based on the Data-Validated Markers on the Patient Encounter Form) by clicking on the [VIEW] button against a particular Patient Report in the PHYSICIAN REPORT LIST section on the Doctor Dashboard in the PECE Virtual Platform Back-office, and then clicking on the ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED DIAGNOSTIC TESTS button.

Clicking the ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED DIAGNOSTIC TESTS button against a particular Patient Report will open the Additional Recommended Diagnostic Tests for the Doctor to Review.
